Pools by Incentive Resources, Inc. builds pools with a type of concrete known as Gunite. After excavation, a rebar grid is installed along the future surfaces of your pool. The plumbing and electrical components of your pool are installed as well. Gunite is then sprayed onto the rebar grid and will form the shape of your pool.

Our years of experience ensure that your pool will be built to the highest specifications. In fact, we hold a general contractor’s license for up to $1,000,000, and believe integrity is the foundation of both a successful business and a durable pool.

 

 

 

We use time tested and proven construction methods that are ideal for custom pool shapes. Once the gunite dries, we can apply any number of finishes for you including tile, pebbles, or plaster. This is your pool, tell us what you want, and we’ll make it happen.
